when i first saw the reference pictures that mitsuko-san sent me, i was immediately attracted to her make-up on her eyes. So i wanted to make the eye make-up eccentric. i have never heard of this anime until now. . .i'm curious to find out what this anime is about. . .it looks quite interesting nyo?

Yes, the odd make-up on Mayer's eyes is part of her charms.
That and the entire para-goth clothing. Black is beautiful.

OMG....it's Re-L from Ergo Proxy!...

I like this anime...but I doubt that you like it...it's more cyberpunk, futuristic, sci-fi....

and the story is more of this phrase...

I think therefore, I am...

it's also political and stuff like how utopias are never to be and stuff...
